I use to think a wedding was a simple affair, boy and girl meet, they fall in love, he buys a ring, she buys a dress, they say “I do”. I was wrong. That’s getting married. A wedding is an entirely different proposition.

People always ask me where my favorite venue is and that is a hard one because I like many and all for different reasons. However, I will tell you a little secret……Palmetto Riverside Bed & Breakfast has all the attributes that make up one of the most BEAUTIFUL wedding venues around and it IS one of my favorites!!!!! When Allison first contacted me and told me where she was getting married I naturally expressed my love for the B&B and I would love to be a part of her and Neil’s big day!!!!

What do you get when two native Floridians get engaged and plan a wedding....well you get an Old Florida Theme of course. Being a native Floridian myself I immediately understood Sarah and Jimmy's vision. They wanted a natural and elegant wedding that touched lightly on their love for the woods and water. Sarah focused on incorporating Florida greenery such as palm and magnolia and Florida fruits into many of the details. One of my favorite details was the clementine escort table. The clementines we set in a bed of box wood greenery and cut to hold a beautiful escort card...Read more
Purple and gold, a beautiful day, throw in some farm tables and chandeliers and TA-DA.......GLAMOROUS!!!! I'm not going to lie....the decor at Isis and Aaron's wedding is going down as one of my FAVES. The ceremony took place outside at the gazebo overlooking the water at the Davis Island Garden Club in Tampa. Isis and Aaron had an array of fabulous food stations outside while guest sat at farm tables underneath lighting that strung from tree to tree and let's not forget the stunning head table that was blinged out with chandeliers. Cocktail hour on the patio and late night...Read more
Formal and elegant was the theme for Lisa and Ryan's wedding. Golds mixed with silver and aubergine would complete the color scheme. Lisa and Ryan wanted a traditional church ceremony and decided on a beautiful beach venue for the reception. Lisa and I spent a year planning her wedding extravaganza and it was perfect!!! The DJ rocked the dance floor, the guest danced all night and most importantly Lisa and Ryan were smiles all day long!!!!! Nothing makes me happier than smiling brides!!!!!!!! Enjoy the pictures..........

Soft blush and pinks, succulents (my favorite), and a bit of rustic accents sets the tone for this romantic themed wedding! Kelleigh and Patrick's spring wedding started out at a beautiful church and ended under the stars with lights over the dance floor and a gorgeous tent that held a 100 of their closest friends and family. The minute I met Kelleigh I could not wait to be a part of their day!!! Both her and Patrick are amazingly sweet!!! Their family and friends were just as amazing! As always I'm so thankful that bride's trust in me to help...Read more
