Hi! I’m Kimberly, a Florida native who was born to plan! At a young age, I observed the process my mom went through to throw casual and elaborate celebrations. The preparation leading up to these special occasions was so exciting to me as I watched vendors set-up, my mom orchestrating the day, and the guests arriving. As I got older I was at the forefront of any event that needed to be planned and my free time became party time. Although I always had this knack for planning, my career path took me into a different direction after school, and I found myself in a corporate environment, working for a large banking corporation. It was later during this career phase that I realized life is short and I needed to follow my dream. Wedding & event planning was really where I wanted to be. Shortly after this revelation, my company was born! I said goodbye to corporate, became a girl boss, and my new life started. Eight years later and I’ve never looked back.
I love all styles of weddings. I love having fun creating an event that reflects my client’s personalities. If you want a loft-style event, consider that done! A classic garden event? I can do that too. There is no style or theme that I can’t help bring to life with my team of stellar vendors. Being flexible and diverse during the planning process has abled me to put my client’s needs first which has greatly contributed to the success my company.
So, who am I when I’m not planning events?
First & most important – I’m a dog mom to my puggle Louley (check her cute face out below). I’m an obsessed dog lover and animals of all kind. I’m crazy over navy blue. I love gold. I live for Sunday champagne brunches. I’m over the top organized (obsessively). I would rather eat dessert for dinner. I’m a huge family person (kind of a momma’s girl). My hobby is decorating. I can binge watch TV like it’s an Olympic sport. My friends will tell you I’m funny & animated. My clients will tell you I’m real and honest. I love to laugh with my clients- contrary to popular belief, wedding planning doesn’t have to be so serious! My brides become my friends and I have the best career I could ever ask for.
Hi, I’m Ashley! I moved to St. Petersburg in the summer of 2016 and immediately fell in love with the vibrant, beautiful, and unique Tampa Bay area. After planning events in the hotel industry in my hometown of Miami, Florida, I knew I enjoyed event planning and coordination. However, my real dream was to step into the exciting world of wedding planning…so here I am!
A couple’s wedding day is sure to be one of the most important events of their lives. This special day should be nothing short of enjoyable, completely stress-free, and truly MAGICAL. That’s where I come in! Having a background in hospitality event planning allows me to combine my organizational and decision-making skills with my creativity and eye for design. From linens and floor plans, to booking bands and florist mock ups, my industry knowledge and contacts make communicating with vendors and setting up timelines a breeze. The ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively allow me to soothe any of my clients concerns, ensuring the event runs flawlessly.
My priority is to build a relationship of trust and camaraderie , where my enthusiasm and passion combines with the vision, wants, and needs of the happy couple to create a wedding that is uniquely their own.
