Ashley & Matt's Green Bench Brewery Wedding, Downtown St. Peteersburg

Okay, so I can’t even with this wedding!!!! ONE…I die for unique weddings, those that bring in so much personality of both the bride & groom, which was this wedding. TWO….brewery weddings (Green Bench Brewery for this one) are at the top of my list of favorite spaces to work in.

Ashley & Matt, SOOOOOOOOO stinking adorable!! The two have been together since middle school, I mean how cute is that!!! Matt is a drummer for the popular band the Hip Abduction so we incorporated several musical instruments into the details from the drum card holder & mini drums for the dessert table and tambourines for the ceremony. Ashley & Matt gave me a lot of freedom with designing their event from the floral to the details which was so fun. Alongside the talented Gayle Zerr with Florist Fire we mastered a gorgeous tablespace on farm wood tables. One of the tables was decorated with a floral & fruit garland runner and the other incorporated growlers from Greenbench with lush floral. One of my favorite memories of this wedding was how much Ashley & Matt enjoyed their day. They took time to their selves to enjoy taking pictures in unique spaces, sitting down to enjoy their food with their family at their table & taking in the entire day together. Nothing else seemed to matter to them except breathing in and enjoying.

From the Bride & Groom: I checked the dictionary, and words can’t even begin to describe how perfect our experience with Kim was. We had interviewed a few wedding planners, but once we got to Kim, we INSTANTLY knew that she was the one. Kim has a passion for what she does, and it shows. She strives to make every wedding better than the last, and she truly made our dream wedding come to life. She is extremely well connected with other vendors in the wedding scene, and has access to practically anything that you need. Kim also happens to be the most organized person that I have ever met. She made planning a wedding feel less scary by breaking it down into monthly to-do checklists, which made it way less overwhelming. Even with all of her clients, she never forgets any details or conversations about your wedding day. All of our guests have continued to compliment us on how perfect and smooth our wedding day went. There is a reason that Kim has so many accolades on The Knot. She’s the best. Kim, we can’t thank you enough for your talents and friendship! -Matt & Ashley
