Kimberly is an amazing wedding planner! She helped us with everything involved in our wedding, from the venue, cake, decorations, and the various vendors! She helped us find the best vendors to make our wedding exactly what we wanted to and right around our budget. It goes without saying that she knows exactly what she is doing! She was also amazing on our wedding day. We didn’t have to do a thing. She handled everything, and she did an amazing job with all of our decor! Our wedding turned out exactly the way we envisioned and more because of her. I don’t think it would have been the same without her help.

I would highly recommend hiring Kimberly Hensley! I was conflicted about hiring a day of coordinator. I wasn’t sure I was having “that” kind of wedding and there were so many other expenses. I enjoyed wedding planning as well. I am sooo happy we had Kimberly! She is worth way more than her fee and really she probably saved us money overall. From the beginning Kimberly worked hard to understand our vision and bring it to life all within our budget and within our five months’ timeline. There is no way we could have pulled off the wedding without her. She found an amazing location and a “Dream Team” of vendors. Her day of coordination was absolutely invaluable! Right before our wedding was suppose to start a huge thunderstorm started to roll-in. Kimberly took charge, got everyone arranged and we were able to start the ceremony 15 minutes early and were able to get our outdoor beach wedding in before the rain started. From the beginning, her excitement for her job could be sensed through her emails. She was always professional and helpful. She listened to my wedding day ideas and turned them into a reality. She was always quick to respond to emails and never upset when I was too busy to respond to hers immediately. On the wedding day, she arrived earlier than promised to ensure everything was ready. She was perfectly in control of everything which allowed me to enjoy my day without worrying or being bothered with problems and questions. I couldn’t have been happier with my decision on working with Kimberly; without her, my wedding would’ve never happened. Kimberly helped me to stay on track with all the decisions that needed to be made, provided AWESOME referrals for vendors (was completely happy with everyone she referred) and was always available when I had a question. When you first meet her, she will tell you to not be fooled by her calm demeanor she is a completely different person at the wedding; she wasn’t joking. The day of our wedding, she was all over the place working all the logistics. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! And, the wedding went off without a hitch. After the reception was over Kimberly and her assistant returned the venue to the state it was when they arrived. The only thing I had to do the next morning was to pack my vehicles and go home. Couldn’t have asked for a better day! Would definitely refer her to anyone planning a wedding!
